First, ZORA's service tenet:

2. Provide customers with product-related technical knowledge.

3. Provide customers with technical exchanges on product applications.

4. Provide customers with paid services for integrated wiring system design.

Second, product supply

1. Prototype according to customer requirements. When there is a demand for unconventional products, the mold opening and prototyping costs shall be borne by the customer. If the customer reaches a certain number of orders, we can return the proofing and mold costs paid by the customer in advance.

2. Both parties sign a contract after determining the product name, product model and quantity.

3. The customer pays a deposit, and our company places an order for factory production (the production time starts from the completion of the customized mold).

4. The product delivery time shall not exceed 45 days.
