Komatsu Ltd. was founded in 1921. It is a world-renowned construction machinery manufacturer headquartered in Tokyo with about 40,000 employees. Its products mainly involve construction engineering, product machinery, electronic engineering, environmental protection and other fields. As early as 1995, Komatsu Group and Changlin jointly established Komatsu (Changzhou) Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 29.98 million US dollars, specializing in the production and sales of construction machinery and parts.
